DASSHEN JEWELRY
Inspired by flea markets and antique shops in different cities, Dasshen is about taking on forms, textures and materials and playing around with them.
The most unusual objects can trigger ideas for a collection, such as a vintage tractor seat found at a farm in Upstate New York or a 1940’s portable heater discovered in a second hand store in Barcelona’s old quarter.
Dasshen is also about elegance and style, always looking at enhancing the natural sensuality of the body. For example, most Dasshen necklaces have a unique closure, highlighting the beauty of a woman’s neck.
Aiming for a timeless feel to the pieces, handcrafted with much care and attention to quality, Dasshen tries to never lose that playful touch.
CUSTOMER SERVICE
How to care for your Dasshen Jewelry:
All Dasshen items are shipped in a gift box along with a plastic pouch. To keep
your jewelry in pristine condition, please store your jewelry in the plastic
pouch.
Most jewelry can be cleaned using a soft toothbrush and warm water. Some Dasshen
Jewelry has a matte finish. Do not use polish cloth - it will ruin the matte
finish. You can use any cream or liquid polish, such as Wright's Silver Cream,
to brighten and clean silver, which can be purchased in most hard ware stores.
Store Jewelry separately to avoid scratches and keep away from heat and direct
sunlight. Apply makeup, hairspray and perfume before putting on jewelry. Remove
jewelry before doing strenuous activities or using household chemicals. Do not
wear jewelry in a swimming pool or hot tub. Chlorine and extreme heat can
damage metals. Do not expose any leather pieces to water or any moisture
directly.

ITEM AVAILABILITY
Most items from Dasshen Jewelry are in stock unless noted otherwise. If the
item is out of stock, an average of 1-2 weeks will be required for production
in addition to shipping.

SHIPPING AND HANDLING
We ship
Worldwide. We have three fares, one for Switzerland, one for most European
countries and another one for the rest of the world. You will be able to see
the shipping cost of your order in the shopping cart page before you checkout.
Please note that the following delivery times are estimated as international
orders can potentially be delayed in customs.
Shipping for Switzerland is 6 EUR and takes approximately 2 business days.
Shipping for most European countries is 13 EUR and takes between 5 to 12 business days.
Shipping for the rest of the world is 15 EUR and takes approximately one to two weeks.
Orders will generally ship within 2 business days after receipt from our studio
in Zurich for items that are in stock. For items that are out of stock, an
additional 1-2 weeks will be required. All orders, both national and
international are shipped via Swiss mail, through certified postage service. To
inquire about other shipping options to be charged separately for items in
stock, please feel free to contact us at [email protected].
CUSTOM CHARGES
For international orders the customer may be required to pay the
tax and duties that possibly could occur with the shipment. Unfortunately,
Dasshen does not have information on customs and duties and we are not able to
estimate these charges for you, as they vary widely from country to country. International orders
are sent via Swiss mail.
METHOD OF PAYMENT
You can pay with credit and debit cards or PayPal. We currently accept
Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Discover, and PayPal all via PayPal. You
are not required to have a PayPal account to purchase from our store. If you do
not have a PayPal account, you simply bypass the login by clicking "Don’t
have a PayPal account?" tab.

RETURN POLICY
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please email us at [email protected]
within 7 days of
receipt of your item to obtain a Return Authorization Number. NO EXCHANGE OR
STORE CREDIT WILL BE GRANTED WITHOUT A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER.
Please return the merchandise within 2 weeks from the date of receipt for both
exchange and store credit with the Return Authorization Number. All items must
be returned unused and in original packaging.
Initial shipping or return shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
Returns need to be well packaged and incurred for the full price of the item
and shipped to the following address.

We can not be responsible for packages returned to us using shipping methods
that are not traceable.
You can expect the exchanged item to be shipped out of our atelier in Zurich
within 2 business days (given that we have it in stock at that time) after
receipt of your package with the original items. You can also expect to receive
a notice of store credit for the items you returned within two weeks of the
receipt of your package. Unfortunately, we will not be able to give exchange or
store credit if the purchaser cannot be verified.
All merchandise designated as FINAL SALE are not returnable.
One of a kind and special orders are not eligible for exchange or credit.

For your protection, when shipping the item to us, please package it securely
in a hard box. We cannot be responsible for packages returned to us using
shipping methods that are not traceable.
Please include a letter describing the repairs to be made in detail, your
return mailing address, your email address, and your phone number. Prior to
beginning any work, we will contact you with an estimate of the cost and time
needed to complete your repair.

Dasshen Jewelry is all handmade and produced in Barcelona and Zurich.

PRIVACY
We do not collect or store data about you. Online payments are
made through PayPal’s secure services, so none of your personal or financial
information is kept by us. Should you contact us via email, we will not divulge
your email address to anyone else and will not send you Dasshen emails unless
you request to receive our Newsletter.
